1. Move away
from your work environment for a few minutes.
Make sure that you won’t be interrupted by
your work colleagues or reminded of work. 2.
If the source of your stress is a particular
task then stop working on the task for a few
moments and move onto another one. Changing
tasks will allow you to take your mind off the
cause of your stress for a few moments.
3. Play some
music that you really like. Take some minutes
out to really listen to musc you really like.
4. A quick
solution is to take a moment to in and out
slowly. When you breathe in fill your lungs
completely and then exhale as much as you can.
After a few breaths you’ll feel better.
5. Plan
something rewarding for the end of the day.
